- In my name, my family will share pictures and stories about me. Hopefully, for many years to come my grandchildren and great grandchildren will know something about me and know that I was always a family man. This is my obituary and this blog, hopefully, will tell some of the stories of my life in words and pictures. WARREN WELDON McCOY, 62, passed away Monday, March 22, 1999. His battle against cancer will always be a reminder of his strength, courage and endurance. His 'McCoy way' of life was to love and honor his family. His honesty, integrity and the ability to always try to do the right thing will always be an inspiration. He knows this legacy will live on in his wife, Judy; his sons Donny and Mike; his brother, Gene and wife, Pat; his grand children, Michael, Maegan and Madeline; his nieces and nephew, Janet, David, Karen and Joy; his great nieces and nephews; and his cousin, Lynn. He touched the lives of many people during his 45 working years. People literally around the world will miss him. Warren knows this 'extended family' will always be there for his family. He is preceded in death by his mother Lorene McCoy and his father Donald Mack McCoy.
